• Experienced in similar role for any reputed woven- ladieswear production unit.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and finishing processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, patterns, and measurement charts.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production, quality, and merchandising teams.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Provide technical leadership and support to production teams during bulk manufacturing.

• Review approved samples, technical packs, and production specifications before bulk production.

• Ensure production follows approved patterns, measurements, construction methods, and workmanship standards.

• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting production efficiency, quality, and productivity.

• Monitor garment construction, sewing methods, and machine attachments to improve productivity.

• Analyze production defects and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Ensure all style changes and buyer comments are effectively communicated and implemented.
