Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing report -monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
Ensuring all receive and distribution of Chemical are properly documented and consumption record.
Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.
Check & forwarded of monthly dyes and chemical receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report
Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents , Dyes chemical etc.
Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level. Requisition chemical before the stock ends.
Plan & organize strategic arrangement of managing dyes chemical store space.
Check Safety, Quality & Compliance activities in workplace.
Receiving store materials, Accessories from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document procedure
Distributing Dyes and Chemical to production floor as per requisition.
Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store dyes and chemical are properly documented and Distribution to production.
Any other has given by the management from time to time.
