Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure equal and timely health services for all employees.
Conduct regular follow-up of pregnant employees in compliance with labor law.
Monitor and maintain monthly health, disease and medical records.
Review patient evaluations, treatments, medicines and medical transactions.
Arrange monthly first-aid training, practical sessions.
Conduct health awareness and training programs as per company policy.
Organize awareness sessions on maternity, menstrual hygiene, HIV/AIDS, occupational health, safety and emergency health issues.
Supervise and monitor medical assistants and nurses.
Ensure proper maintenance of the medical room, medicines, equipment and first-aid boxes.
Regularly monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure timely replacement.
