Experience:
Bachelor’s degree / MBA / Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Candidates having PDGHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and factory HR practices.
Strong understanding of production floor operations in the garment manufacturing industry.
Practical knowledge of manpower planning, line balancing concepts and workforce allocation.
Experience in handling worker-related challenges in a high-volume production environment.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to manage worker–supervisor disputes effectively.
Work closely with the Production Managers, IE team, and Line Supervisors to ensure effective manpower utilization on the production floor.
Monitor daily production floor activities to ensure workers follow assigned job responsibilities and production targets.
Coordinate with production management to resolve workforce-related issues affecting productivity and line efficiency.
Ensure proper worker allocation according to the skill matrix, operation requirements and production planning.
Participate in daily production counselling and provide HR-related input regarding manpower, absenteeism and workforce discipline.
Prepare periodic reports on manpower efficiency, absenteeism, turnover and worker behavior trends.
Monitor worker attendance, punctuality and absenteeism trends and take necessary actions to maintain workforce stability.
Identify low-performing workers and coordinate with IE, Trainer and Supervisors to improve efficiency and productivity.
Support production teams in implementing efficiency improvement initiatives and worker skill development programs.
Monitor workforce behavior on the production floor to ensure a respectful and disciplined working environment.
Support to handling worker grievances and workplace conflicts.
Promote positive employee relations between management and workers to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
Conduct regular floor visits to observe worker performance, behavior and workplace conditions.
Support recruitment processes for production workers in coordination with the Production department.
Assist in organizing training programs for workers related to skills, safety awareness, leadership and workplace behavior.
