Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fully Capable to handle Textiles ( Knit Dyeing and Knitting ) factory all Internal Audit related works.
∎ Work to develop new standards of practice within a company. Identify weaknesses in the internal control system and contribute to the development of the process or system.
∎ Prepare an Audit Plan. Completing audit fieldwork according to establishing audit Plan ensure audit is conducted as on time.
∎ Evaluate business process risks & controls, engage and work effectively with auditee on audit findings, recommendations and corrective actions, from drafting stage to final issuance of internal audit reports.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of Bill, Monthly Salary Sheet, voucher, REQ, Delivery and Received Challan, and Gate pass for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures.
∎ Attended in spot purchase, market verification to justify price and quality. Market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items.Physical verification of Repair & maintenance work, development work or any other Construction work .
∎ Conduct weekly petty cash audit and make report there of Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and when required to Managements.
∎ Attended in monthly inventory Audit and make report on that.
∎ High proficiency in report writing, Strong data analytics skills especially excel skills, fluent in verbal and written business English, and technically sound presentation skill in communicating audit matters, both through virtual meeting and in-person sessions.
∎ Pre and post cost sheet analysis, Order wise cost sheet checking.
∎ Checking of inter-company transaction register/ledger, Outstanding, Party Bill Etc.
∎ Check & verify Raw materials /Chemical/ dyes procurement chain, purchase and loan accounts.
∎ Review monthly & yearly financial statement check & past information report with actual.
∎ Checked driver allowances, car maintenance work and fuel cost as per usage mileage.
∎ Attended in Wastage sales weekly/monthly/periodically.
∎ Cost control & cost reduction & analyze financial statement.
∎ Prepare Fiscal forecasting financial budget of Local & Assisting the Accounts team to Prepare of monthly as well as yearly accounts.
∎ Checking Bank reconciliation statement report monthly.
∎ Report monthly on the comparison on previous and present purchase rate.
∎ Checking fund transfer from central accounts to party accounts. Deal account payable and account receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof.
∎ Checking bills submitted by vendors/ Dyeing/ Garments Party/ Raw materials suppliers Etc.
∎ Verifies figures, documents, and account details for auditing, such as cash flow data, income statements, and tax returns.
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.
∎ Setup Production capacity/turnover and check achievement with turnover & report the lacking of achievement.
∎ Any others task assign by the management.
