B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Textile Technology/ Wet Process Engineering from a reputed university.

Candidates with relevant higher qualifications will receive preference.

Experience:

Assistant Manager: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Quality/QC, preferably in a reputed Knit Dyeing/Composite Textile Factory.

2-3 years in a Asst. Manager or equivalent leadership position.

Other Requirement:

Strong knowledge of Knit Dyeing & Finishing Quality Control.

Good knowledge of dyeing processes, fabric defects, testing procedures and finishing parameters.

Knowledge of AQL, 4-Point Inspection, QMS, RCA, CAPA and 7 QC Tools.

Good understanding of OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ZDHC, REACH and buyer-specific quality requirements will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Good Computer and communication skills in English and Bangla.

Knit Dyeing Factory:

A reputed and well-established Knit Dyeing Factory is looking for a highly educated, experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality.

Department: Quality

Key Responsibilities

Lead and control overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities of the Knit Dyeing and Finishing Department.

Ensure dyed and finished fabric meets buyer requirements, approved standards, specifications, and quality parameters.

Monitor and control fabric quality from lab dip/sample stage through bulk dyeing, finishing, inspection, and final delivery.

Ensure proper control of shade matching, GSM, shrinkage, spirality, color fastness, pH, appearance, hand feel, width, and other physical/chemical test parameters.

Identify and analyze major fabric defects such as shade variation, patchy dyeing, dye spots, crease marks, uneven dyeing, GSM variation, barre, contamination, and finishing defects.

Monitor 4-Point Fabric Inspection and ensure proper classification and analysis of defects.

Review quality reports, defect trends, rejection/reprocessing data and establish effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA).

Reduce re-dyeing, reprocessing, rejection, claims, and customer complaints through effective process control.

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, quality standards, and work instructions.

Coordinate with Dyeing, Finishing, Lab, Production, Technical, Planning, Merchandising and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.

Handle and support buyer technical audits, third-party inspections, fabric inspections, and customer complaints.

Ensure all required quality records, inspection reports, testing reports and quality documentation are properly maintained.

Train and develop QC/QA personnel and improve their technical knowledge and performance.

Establish quality KPIs and monitor departmental performance against targets.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Right First Time (RFT), minimum rejection, and near-zero customer complaints.

Ensure compliance with relevant buyer standards and applicable international quality requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.
