Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern, fitting, and measurement.

Good understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and production methods.

Ability to read and interpret tech packs, sketches, specifications, and measurement charts.

Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Good attention to detail and quality awareness.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Review tech packs, specifications, measurements, construction details, and garment samples.

• Follow up on sample development, fitting, comments, and approvals.

• Coordinate with design/tech pack, merchandising, pattern, sample, and production teams.

• Check garment construction, workmanship, measurements, and overall fit against specifications.

• Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions to improve garment quality and production feasibility.

• Conduct fit and measurement reviews and communicate corrections to relevant teams.

• Conduct pre-production meeting and ensure approved specifications are followed during production.

• Maintain technical documents, measurement charts, construction details, and sample records.
