Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing or a relevant discipline.

• Professional training/certification in IE / Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of SMV, Time Study, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning.

• Excellent understanding of Production Planning & Efficiency Improvement.

• Advanced MS Excel & IE-related software skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills

• Develop and implement SMV, Time Study, Method Study, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning.

• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve manpower utilization, line efficiency and productivity.

• Prepare and monitor production capacity, efficiency and performance reports.

• Optimize manpower, machine utilization and production layouts.

• Conduct Work Measurement, Motion Study and Productivity Improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Technical and Merchandising teams to resolve production bottlenecks.

• Establish and monitor KPI, target and efficiency standards for production lines.

• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.

• Lead and develop the IE team to ensure effective implementation of IE systems.

• Skill Test & skill matrix for worker.
