Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower optimization.

• Sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing and productivity improvement tools.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

Job Context

Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd. is looking for an experienced IE Manager – Wash Section to lead Industrial Engineering activities in our Denim Wash Division. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead all Industrial Engineering activities for the Wash Section.

• Conduct SMV analysis, capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower optimization.

• Monitor productivity and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Optimize resource utilization to achieve production targets.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams.

• Analyze production data and prepare IE reports and performance KPIs.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and timely production.
