Job Location: Follow-up at the production units in Different areas.

Responsibilities & Context:

• New Fashion and Trend Set.
• Expert in AI for designing.
• Research Fashion Trends and develop seasonal concepts, understanding the buyer’s mood boards, seasonal color trend, material trend & different fabric qualities.
• Prepare technical artwork, measurement charts, construction details, and production guidelines for manufacturing.
• Existing Trend, Fashion analytical ability and well enough presentation skill to satisfy our customers.
• Creative, visionary and have a passion for fashion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Responsible for design and developing product range.
• Select best raw materials for the sample production.
• Existing Market Analysis capabilities.
• Must have good knowledge of wash techniques and various print media.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in modest fashion and apply them to product designs.
• Must be willing to work under pressure and for long hours. Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes of designs to present to the design team and management.
• Work alongside production, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure that designs are brought to life and meet brand standards.
• Working in illustrator, Photoshop or any other fashion design software to develop sketches, embroideries, prints & accessories.
• Understanding the buyer’s mood boards, seasonal color trend, material trend & different fabric qualities.
• Ensure the timely & successful design & development of products in line with the requirements.
• Strong understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics.
• Creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion.
• For the customers satisfaction and Buyer satisfaction, Should capable to make presentation and elaborate ability

Additional Responsibilities

• Collection Development: Create original design sketches, mood boards, tech packs, and color palettes for upcoming apparel collections.
• Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Collaborate closely with the merchandising and sourcing teams to select suitable fabrics, accessories, and trims that align with design aesthetics and cost budgets.
• Prototyping & Sampling: Oversee the sample-making process from scratch, conduct fit sessions, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final product matches the design vision.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members and pattern makers to foster a creative and high-performing workspace.
• Production Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the production and quality control teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to final bulk production.
