• Experience in Management Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.

• Hands-on knowledge of robust ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar software).

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Willingness to relocate and reside at Pabna.

• Analyze product costing and profitability reports.

• Conduct material, labor, and overhead variance analysis.

• Perform feasibility studies, investment appraisal, and payback analysis.

• Monitor manufacturing and administrative overhead costs and recommend cost-control measures.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

• Analyze production efficiency and identify cost optimization opportunities.

• Develop and maintain monthly management reports and robust MIS frameworks to track key business performance metrics.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for costing and financial analysis.

• Facilitate internal and external audit activities.
