Adex Engineering Ltd. is looking for a talented and dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our team as an Electrical Engineer – Sales & Production Coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between the Sales and Production Teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of customer orders. Candidates with a strong academic record and excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities – Electrical Engineer (Sales & Production Coordinator)

• Coordinate between the Sales and Production Teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

• Review customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, BOQ/BOM and approved offers before production.

• Ensure accurate and complete transfer of order and technical information from Sales to Production.

• Clarify technical discrepancies or missing information with the Sales/Engineering Team.

• Coordinate production planning according to customer requirements and committed delivery schedules.

• Monitor production progress and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Communicate production status, material issues and possible delays to the Sales Team.

• Coordinate technical changes or modifications requested by customers after order confirmation.

• Ensure revised drawings, specifications and BOMs are properly communicated and implemented.

• Coordinate with SCM/Purchase, Engineering and Quality teams for order-related requirements.

• Support Sales Team in resolving customer technical queries and providing technical clarification.

• Assist in resolving technical issues arising during production, inspection or testing.

• Maintain accurate order-wise technical, production and delivery status records in ERP/MIS.

• Prepare regular reports on order progress, pending issues and delivery status.

• Perform any other technical or coordination responsibilities assigned by Management.
