Adex Lighting System Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Junior Architect to join our Lighting Design Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design skills, proficiency in design software, and a keen eye for aesthetics to support the planning, visualization, and execution of Architectural and Lighting Turnkey Projects.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates who:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and space planning.

• Are proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.

• Have a creative mindset with excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, lighting layouts, and design concepts for lighting turnkey projects.

• Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.

• Assist in preparing design proposals, BOQs, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with the design, project, sales, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits and assist in design implementation and project supervision when required.

• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, fire safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Support client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural visualization software.

• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

• Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
