• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior Architecture

• Age 30 to 40 years

1. Strong knowledge of interior architecture principles, space planning, and furniture layout.

2. Excellent understanding of working drawings, detail drawings, BOQ preparation, and material specifications.

3. Practical knowledge of interior construction methods and project execution.

4. Strong client presentation and communication skills.

5. Experience in project coordination and site supervision.

6. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

8. Strong material knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare concept layouts, furniture layouts, working drawings, detail drawings, and construction documentation.

• Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and technical drawings.

• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.

• Lead client meetings and provide design consultation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.

• Review project progress and ensure work complies with approved drawings and company quality standards.

• Coordinate with procurement regarding material selection, finishes, and project requirements.

• Guide and mentor junior architects by providing technical support and design direction.

• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining design quality.

• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
