Must have 3 to 7 years of STAR level experience in an INTERIOR company

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design and decoration concepts as per client requirements.

• Lead the design team and supervise various projects.

• Analyze and implement creative ideas and modern design trends.

• Play an active role in each phase of the project (design, development, and implementation).

• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

• Ensure project completion within deadlines and budget.

• Create design models using CAD, 3D, (Corona Render) and other software, etc.

• Manage team skills development and training.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Diploma in Architecture

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Interior Design.

• Skills Required: Market Research, Interior Design, Technical Skills, Team Leadership, Architectural Design, Budget Management, Interior Construction, 3D modeling and rendering, Interior Material Knowledge

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience, including 3 years in a senior position.

• Experience in managing large-scale projects.

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.

Design related skills:

• Deep knowledge of interior design, architecture, and space planning.

• Creative and innovative thinking.

• Experience with CAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe

Creative Suite.

• Ability to properly coordinate colors, lighting, materials, and textures.

• Ability to implement complex design concepts

• Willingness and ability to train in design projects and learn new techniques.

• Experience in client management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strategic skills in setting monthly design targets and meeting them.

• Experience in completing work on time under pressure of various projects.
