Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategic Leadership & Department Oversight

   • Lead the Interior Design & Execution department, ensuring alignment with company vision and client expectations.

   • Define design standards, execution protocols, and quality benchmarks for all projects.

   • Supervise architects, designers, and project execution teams to maintain efficiency and creativity.

2. Design Management

   • Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions.

   • Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings before client presentation.

   • Ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

3. Execution & Project Delivery

   • Oversee project execution from design finalization to site completion.

   • Coordinate with procurement, costing, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.

   • Monitor site activities, contractor performance, and material usage to guarantee flawless execution.

   • Resolve on-site challenges and ensure adherence to approved designs and budgets.

4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

   • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design/execution teams.

   • Manage client expectations, approvals, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Collaborate with sales and costing departments to ensure accurate proposals and quotations.

5. Team Development & Performance

   • Mentor and guide architects, junior designers, and project executives.

   • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across the team.

   • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

6. Quality Assurance & Compliance

   • Implement strict quality control measures for design and execution.

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry codes, and safety standards.

   • Conduct regular audits of design files, site execution, and client satisfaction.

7. Reporting & Business Contribution

   • Report project progress, design approvals, and execution status to the top management.

   • Provide insights on design trends, cost optimization, and process improvements.

   • Contribute to business growth by enhancing client satisfaction and brand reputation.
