Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

Sara Interior OPC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Project Administration to oversee project coordination, vendor management, client communication, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement activities.

  • Maintain effective client communication and relationship management.

  • Ensure project compliance with company policies and quality standards.

  • Monitor project progress and follow up on daily work activities.

  • Coordinate project execution with internal teams.

  • Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines.

  • Support project planning, documentation, and reporting.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Candidates with Army sector/background will be given preference.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project administration or project management.

Experience in the Interior Design industry will be an added advantage.
