Position Overview:
Sara Interior OPC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Project Administration to oversee project coordination, vendor management, client communication, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement activities.
Maintain effective client communication and relationship management.
Ensure project compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and follow up on daily work activities.
Coordinate project execution with internal teams.
Prepare project schedules and monitor timelines.
Support project planning, documentation, and reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills:
Candidates with Army sector/background will be given preference.
3–5 years of relevant experience in project administration or project management.
Experience in the Interior Design industry will be an added advantage.
