Good knowledge of infection control, medical waste management and patient safety.
Ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff and other hospital departments.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in reputed hospitals.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. People management
a) Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis of human resources across all clinical and support departments.
b) Search, Identify, evaluate and recommend qualified Doctors and Healthcare professionals for appointment.
c) Build and maintain strong network with doctor community around the country.
2. Coordination and Supervision
a) Supervise day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
b) Ensure effective coordination between medical, nursing and administrative units of the hospital.
c) Maintain discipline and professional conduct across all departments of the hospital.
d) Ensure cleanliness, hygience and infection control practices are maintained throughout the hospital.
e) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on OPD performance and In-patient management reports for hospital Directors.
3. Patient Service Quality
a) Ensure high standard of patient safety, service quality and satisfaction level.
b) Monitor patient flow to minimize patient waiting time.
c) Support Doctors and Clinical teams to enhance consultation numbers and service efficiency.
d) Monitor patients feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve patients’ satisfaction.
e) Ensure timely availability of medical staff in OPD and other service areas.
f) Ensure smooth admission and release of the patients.
g) Promote hospital services to increase patient flow and community trust.
4. Others
a) Develop and implement effective hospital marketing policies.
b) Take initiative to introduce new facilities and services based on community needs.
