Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering (Master`s degree will be an added advantage)

• Membership of IEB (Institution of Engineers) will be given preference.

• Additional qualification/certification in Interior Design or Project Management will be preferred

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

• Age At least 45 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, Real Estate and Interior project management.

• Membership of IEB (Institution of Engineers) will be given preference.

• Prior experience in a similar Senior Manager or leadership role is preferred

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale structural and interior projects

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

• Familiarity with interior design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is a plus

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling abilities

• Sound knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve structural design calculations and drawings for buildings and interior projects

• Oversee structural integrity assessments and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages

• Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and renovation projects from planning to handover

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment

• Monitor on-site construction and interior work to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications

• Ensure timely project delivery within approved budget

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, designers, and site staff

• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management

Salary: BDT 50,000-70,000/- per month (Negotiable, Based on experience)
