Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and renovation projects from planning to handover
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor on-site interior work to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications
Ensure timely project delivery within approved budget
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, designers, and site staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages
Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: BDT 50,000-70,000/- per month (Negotiable, Based on experience)
