• Age 24 to 35 years

1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, service, tendering, quotation preparation, or technical marketing.

2. Practical knowledge of tender document preparation and collection.Experience in preparing quotations and technical/commercial proposals.

3. Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and corporate organizations.

5. Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend meetings when required.

6. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

2. Handle sales and service-related activities for engineering products, equipment and services.

3. Prepare and submit quotations, commercial offers and technical proposals for various companies and clients.

4. Collect RFQs, tender notices, BOQs, specifications and other relevant documents from different organizations.

5. Prepare and organize tender documents and ensure timely submission of tenders.

6. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and internal teams to obtain technical and commercial information.

7. Follow up on quotations, tenders, purchase orders and customer requirements.

8. Assist in preparing BOQ, comparative statements, technical compliance sheets, and price schedules.

9. Coordinate with service teams for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair-related activities.

10. Prepare service reports, work orders, and related documentation.

11. Visit customer sites when required for sales, inspection, service, and technical support.

12. Identify new business opportunities and support the company in achieving sales targets.

13. Perform other duties related to sales, service, tendering, and business development as assigned by management.
