We are looking for a staff member to oversee the construction management of HVAC and plumbing installations in the suburbs of Dhaka and agricultural farm areas.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 10+ years

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction management experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Technical Experience

  • Electrical Systems: High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), power supply, lighting, power outlets, lightning protection, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems (telephone, LAN, CCTV, MATV, access control, automatic fire alarm systems).

  • Mechanical Systems: HVAC, plumbing/sanitary, fire protection, and utility systems (air compressors, boilers/steam, RO/DI water treatment, WWT/wastewater treatment).

• Skills & Languages

  • English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.

  • PC Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holders of relevant technical or engineering certifications/licenses will be given priority.
