• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• MBA in Marketing or Business will be an added advantage.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Must have good command of MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

• Strong skill on Power point presentation.

• Willing to travel frequently across the country.

Experience Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in Solar Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, Fire protection & detection, Mechanical fabrication & erection, Pipe line, Duct & Insulation, Boiler, Generator & Compressor, Steel structure, HVAC, IP CCTV Surveillance & PA system or relevant technical sales.

• Experience in industrial/commercial client acquisition preferred.

The candidate must have strong industrial knowledge, client-handling skills, target base and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with corporate, industrial, and government sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and financial models for solar projects (Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, Hybrid) Fire protection & detection, Mechanical fabrication & erection, Pipe line, Duct & Insulation, Boiler, Generator & Compressor, Steel structure, HVAC, IP CCTV Surveillance & PA system or relevant.

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial plants, EPC partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and policy updates.

• Lead sales meetings, site visits, negotiations, and contract finalization.

• Support project execution teams with necessary client coordination.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.

• Prepare documentation for government tenders and renewable energy compliance.

Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent field visits)
