• Must have a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

1. Achieve assigned sales, volume, revenue, and collection targets across designated Modern Trade outlets.

2. Manage assigned Modern Trade accounts/outlets and build strong relationships with store and category teams.

3. Ensure optimum product availability, assortment, visibility, and shelf presence across assigned outlets.

4. Execute agreed trade promotions, campaigns, displays, and in-store activations with excellence.

5. Monitor stock levels, replenishment, secondary sales, and out-of-stock situations to maximize sales opportunities.

6. Ensure compliance with agreed pricing, planogram, merchandising, promotional, and brand execution standards.

7. Identify opportunities for SKU expansion, additional displays, visibility enhancement, and outlet-wise sales growth.

8. Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, launches, visibility, and market activities and provide timely market insights.

9. Maintain accurate sales reports, outlet performance data, receivables, and execution tracking to support timely business decisions.
