1. Achieve assigned sales, volume, and collection targets across designated Modern Trade outlets.

2. Visit assigned outlets regularly and ensure effective order generation and sales execution.

3. Ensure optimum product availability, assortment, shelf presence, and visibility at outlets.

4. Execute approved trade promotions, displays, merchandising, and in-store activations as per plan.

5. Monitor outlet-wise stock levels, replenishment, expiry, and out-of-stock situations to minimize sales loss.

6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers, floor teams, and relevant outlet personnel.

7. Coordinate with distributors and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability.

8. Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, new launches, displays, and market activities and report relevant insights.

9. Ensure compliance with approved pricing, promotional guidelines, merchandising standards, and sales policies.

10. Maintain accurate daily sales, outlet visit, order, collection, and market execution reports for performance tracking.
