Responsibilities & Context:
• As a Marketing Officer, your primary goal will be to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive property sales.
• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote projects.
• Ensure timely and regular follow-ups with prospective clients
• Collaborate with the Director to align marketing strategies with sales targets and lead generation goals.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies.
