1. Manage assigned Modern Trade key accounts to achieve sales, revenue, collection, and account growth targets.

2. Build strong relationships with buyers, category teams, and key account stakeholders to ensure effective account management.

3. Execute account-wise sales plans, promotions, trade offers, and commercial agreements in line with business objectives.

4. Ensure optimum product listing, assortment, availability, visibility, and shelf presence across assigned key accounts.

5. Coordinate new product listings, launches, promotions, and in-store activations for effective execution.

6. Monitor account-wise sales, stock movement, replenishment, and out-of-stock situations to maximize sales opportunities.

7. Manage billing, invoices, purchase orders, delivery documents, claims, credit notes, and account-related documentation accurately and on time.

8. Follow up on receivables, payment reconciliation, claims, deductions, and outstanding issues in coordination with customers.
