The Assistant Manager – Sales, Marketing & Brand Representation will support the company’s sales growth, marketing activities, client engagement and professional brand representation across ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

• Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve assigned project-wise targets.

• Handle prospective buyers, investors and corporate clients from initial inquiry to meeting, presentation, site visit, negotiation and booking.

• Conduct professional one-to-one and group presentations of company projects, products, features and investment opportunities.

• Represent the Company and its brand professionally at client meetings, events, exhibitions, seminars and other business platforms.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, referral partners and other stakeholders.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate communication and market outreach.

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Creative Team for campaigns, promotional materials and lead-generation activities.

• Ensure proper lead follow-up, CRM updates and sales pipeline management.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer feedback and report insights to Management.

• Support preparation of sales proposals, presentations, promotional offers and marketing plans.

• Maintain consistent brand communication and professional customer experience across all client touchpoints.

• Prepare periodic sales, lead and marketing performance reports for Management.

• Perform other relevant sales, marketing and business development responsibilities assigned by Management.

Key Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Client Relations or Brand Representation.

• Ability to confidently present to both individual clients and groups.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Real estate industry experience will be preferred.

• Professional appearance, confidence, relationship-building ability and target-oriented mindset.
