Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, controlling inventory, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.
Manage overall day-to-day operations of the shop/outlet
Drive sales to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff
Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation
Maintain attractive product display and visual merchandising
Monitor competitors and suggest sales/promotional strategies
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
Ensure cleanliness, security, and smooth functioning of the shop
