Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor Showroom/Store Sales Performance, Conversion rates, average sales value , and overall sales value.
Develop strategies to increase retail customer acquisition , repeat purchases and customer retention .
Conduct client meeting , Products presentations , site visit , and commercial negotiations .
Manage the complete sales cycle form lead generation and initial contact to quotation , negotiation , order confirmation, delivery, payment collection, and after sales service .
Lead and manage retail sales operations to achieve to achieve monthly and annual sales targets retail sales.
