1. Collect, verify, and update tender notices from various sources on a daily basis.

2. Collect, maintain, and organize tender-related information from e-GP and other procurement platforms.

3. Assist in printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining tender documents.

4. Prepare and regularly update checklists of all required documents for tender submission.

5. Assist in necessary communication with customers, suppliers, and different departments of the organization through email, telephone, and other communication channels.

6. Accurately maintain and update tender-related information using MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant software.

7. Maintain and regularly update the company profile, certificates, catalogs, and other supporting documents in an organized manner.

8. Prepare and regularly monitor schedules for tender submission, tender opening, and other important deadlines.

9. Assist with departmental administrative activities, preparation of meeting minutes, and day-to-day office operations.

10. Perform tender-related, corporate sales, and other relevant responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department accurately and within the required timeframe.
