Responsibilities & Context:

A. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, personal networks, field visits, and other approved channels.

• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and convert prospects into policyholders.

• Achieve assigned individual sales, premium, customer acquisition, and other business targets.

• Conduct customer meetings to understand their financial protection and savings needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

B. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Provide professional support throughout the customer journey, including policy acquisition, servicing, renewal, and premium follow-up.

• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.

C. Product & Financial Advisory

• Conduct basic financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer requirements.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, terms, conditions, exclusions, and premium obligations to customers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shanta Life's products, services, sales processes, and life insurance industry practices.

D. Compliance & Performance

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of customer proposals, documentation, and onboarding requirements in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer interactions, prospects, and business performance, and participate in required sales meetings, training, and coaching programs.
