Job Responsibilities
Assist clients with visa-related inquiries and provide proper guidance.
Communicate with clients professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
Explain visa processing procedures, requirements, documentation, and timelines to clients.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and maintain client documents and records.
Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding visa applications.
Achieve assigned targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Educational Qualification
Minimum HSC / Equivalent.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
Experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in visa consultancy, travel agency, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Age Limit
18–30 years
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Fluency in Bangla and basic English communication skills.
