Position

Senior/Junior Counselor

Number of Vacancies-10

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding visa processing and consultancy services.

Provide accurate information about visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.

Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.

Assist clients in preparing and organizing necessary documents.

Maintain client records and update application status.

Achieve assigned individual and team targets.

Maintain professional relationships with clients.

Educational Qualification

Minimum HSC or equivalent.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.

Experience

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in visa consultancy, sales, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

Age: 18–30 years
