1. Promote and sell residential flats to prospective customers.

2. Generate new leads through calls, social media, digital marketing, and other promotional activities.

3. Communicate with prospective buyers and provide details regarding flats, pricing, payment schedules, location, and facilities.

4. Arrange and conduct property visits for interested clients.

5. Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

6. Assist in preparing quotations, booking forms, sales documents, and other necessary paperwork.

7. Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and relevant departments regarding customer requirements and transactions.

8. Maintain updated records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales progress.

9. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and support the team in meeting overall sales objectives.

10. Perform any other sales and marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
