Responsibilities & Context:

• Operate the controlling system from control room in LPG plant

• Observe the HMI computer and Makeen computer in control room

• Monitor Operations Efficiency

• Ensure preventive maintenance for all machineries

• Troubleshooting & Repairing of all cylinder plant machines including, air compressors, motors etc.

• Daily, hourly production and consumption report preparation

• Follow up production

• Filling hall operation and labor handling

• Daily check and record spherical tank data, LPG pump, Fire water pump etc.

• Responsible for assisting with Health & Safety of the LPG operation.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical equipment.

• Recommend and implement system upgrades to improve efficiency and performance.

• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.

• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments for electrical installations.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and incident reports.

• Provide regular updates to the senior engineer/manager on equipment status and maintenance plans.

• Collaborate with other engineering teams to resolve multidisciplinary issues.

• Train and guide junior technicians in electrical maintenance practices.
