• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Security Service, Developer, Call Center, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), E-commerce

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.

• Monitor Sales Representatives’ daily activities, market visits, and route plans.

• Ensure proper market coverage, product availability, and distribution.

• Develop relationships with retailers, distributors, dealers, and customers.

• Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to improve team productivity.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.

• Implement promotional offers and marketing campaigns effectively.

• Identify new markets, retailers, and business opportunities.

• Handle market-related issues and customer complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with management, distribution, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.
