Responsibilities & Context:
বিভিন্ন ধরনের দেশীয় খাবার ও নাস্তা প্রস্তুত ও রান্না করা।
নির্ধারিত রেসিপি ও মান অনুযায়ী খাবারের স্বাদ ও গুণগত মান বজায় রাখা।
রান্নার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় উপকরণ প্রস্তুত ও সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
রান্নাঘর, চুলা, বাসনপত্র ও অন্যান্য সরঞ্জাম পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
খাবার প্রস্তুতের সময় স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও খাদ্য নিরাপত্তার নিয়ম মেনে চলা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী দৈনিক খাবারের মেনু ও পরিমাণ সম্পর্কে দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
খাবারের কাঁচামালের অপচয় কমানো এবং সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য রান্নার কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।
