Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Security Service, Developer, Call Center, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), E-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• JSC / JDC / 8 pass
• Secondary

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Security Service, Developer, Call Center, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), E-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Ensure overall security of the factory premises, office, warehouse, and surrounding areas.

• Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods.

• Verify visitors and maintain visitor entry/exit records.

• Check incoming and outgoing products, materials, and vehicles when required.

• Conduct regular patrols around the factory and identify any suspicious activity.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report unusual activities to the supervisor.

• Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.

• Protect company property, products, equipment, and other assets from theft or damage.

• Maintain security registers, duty logs, and incident records properly.

• Immediately report accidents, theft, fire, suspicious activity, or other security issues to management.

• Follow all company security rules, SOPs, and instructions.

• Support emergency situations, fire safety, evacuation, and crowd control when required.

• Maintain discipline and professional behavior while on duty.

• Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Class 8 / JSC pass.

• SSC pass candidates will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard/Security Personnel preferred.

• Experience in a factory, food industry, warehouse, or corporate organization will be an advantage.

• Candidates with Ansar/VDP, military, or law-enforcement experience will receive preference.

Additional Requirements

• Physically fit and mentally alert.

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and punctual.

• Good observation and communication skills.

• Must be willing to work in day/night shifts.

• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

• Basic ability to read and write Bangla.

• Must maintain proper uniform, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
