Responsibilities & Context:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume and value).

• Increase market share and sales growth within the assigned territory.

• Identify and develop new retail outlets, wholesalers, and institutional customers.

• Execute sales plans and promotional campaigns effectively.

• Monitor distributor inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and stock replenishment.

• Maintain healthy distributor relationships and resolve operational issues.

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at all retail outlets.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
