• Job Context: Akhtar Group, a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh seeks smart, dynamic, dedicated, target-oriented individuals to join our Distribution Department.

   

  Job Responsibilities:

  Inventory Management and Control: Must have proper knowledge on Inventory Management and Control.

   

  Delivery Planning & Scheduling: Must have proper knowledge to prepare Delivery Planning & Scheduling based on customer orders & priorities, location, and transport availability & capacity etc.

   

  Delivery Execution & Monitoring:

  ·         Supervise loading/unloading to avoid damage and ensure complete delivery.

  ·         Maintain communication with drivers and customers before and/or during delivery trips.

  ·         Troubleshoot issues such as delays, product mismatch, or damage during transit.

   

  Documentation & Reporting:

  ·         Prepare and maintain delivery schedules, trip sheets, and acknowledgment receipts.

  ·         Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels and delivery performance.

   

  Relationship & Communication: Develop and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship and ensure proper communication with all concerns.

   

  Compliance & Safety: Ensure delivery maintaining company policies, road safety rules, and product handling standards.
