Responsibilities & Context:
WAN HA TRADING is expanding its Manpower Recruitment division. We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Marketing Officer to secure international employment contracts and mobilize candidates for overseas deployment.
Job Responsibilities:
B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, communicate, and build partnerships with foreign companies and international recruiting agencies that require manpower from Bangladesh.
Candidate Sourcing: Design and execute local marketing strategies to attract potential job seekers interested in working abroad.
Processing & Deployment: Guide interested candidates through the initial screening, documentation, and visa processing pipeline.
Target Achievement: Meet strict monthly/quarterly targets for new international client acquisition and successful candidate deployments.
Market Research: Monitor international labor market trends, visa regulations, and competitor activities to optimize our recruitment strategies.
Relationship Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of both foreign employers and local job seekers, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
