• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.

• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.

• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for training and innovation programs.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

• Assist with brand development and positioning.

• Track and report campaign performance metrics.

• Maintain and update marketing contact databases.
