Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to grow our restaurant's online presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, interact with customers, and help increase brand awareness and restaurant sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others).
Create and publish high-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories.
Develop a monthly content calendar.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and online reviews promptly.
Plan and run social media campaigns and promotions.
Work with the restaurant team to promote new menu items, special offers, and events.
Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas.
Track performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers when needed
