Responsibilities & Context:
-Achieve the individual/ group sales and Collection target, Assist on negotiating pricing, terms & Condition.
-Forecast sales and collection volumes & prepare action plan accordingly.
-Keep professional relations with customers & shop managers to implement all planned activities.
-This job is within the sales team and makes a direct contribution to the business.
- Maintain constant communication with our client’s service through visits.
- Manage collections on the overall past dues which includes bad debt.
- Assist in retention of existing clients through quality relationship & constant service.
- Prepare monthly collection report, conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
-Achieve assigned sales revenue, collection, and business development targets.
-Maintain client database and prepare necessary reports.
-Track market trends and competitors, aiming at increasing the market share.
-Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance team to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
-Any tasks assigned by the management.
