Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sellers to ensure sales targets and service standards are achieved.
Promote EMI services to shop owners and explain the benefits and terms of the available services.
Collect sales and customer records from shop owners and prepare accurate sales reports accordingly.
Identify service-related challenges and shortcomings and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Maintain effective coordination and communication with the head office regarding sales activities, issues, and updates.
Work proactively to achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
