Responsibilities & Context:

Looques Limited is a UK based digital platform connecting people who need reliable toilet access with participating businesses including cafés, restaurants, hotels, pubs, shops and other suitable venues.

The Offshore Business Executive will contact UK businesses, introduce Looques, explain the benefits of joining the platform and support suitable venues through the onboarding process.

Main responsibilities include:

• Contacting prospective UK businesses by telephone and email

• Introducing Looques and explaining the venue partnership opportunity

• Generating and managing new business leads

• Following up interested venues and maintaining regular communication

• Supporting venues through registration, onboarding and activation

• Keeping accurate records within the Looques CRM

• Recording calls, notes, follow ups and venue progress correctly

• Working closely with Team Leaders and Business Executive Managers

• Maintaining professional communication with prospective venue partners

• Working towards daily and weekly performance targets

Initial performance targets and KPIs include:

• 80 calls per day, including new business calls, follow up calls and other appropriate venue related calls

• 100 new leads generated per day

• 50 venues progressed through onboarding per week

• 20 venues successfully onboarded, approved and LIVE per week

Performance will be monitored through the Looques CRM and business telephone system.

The position is fully remote and supports Looques Limited’s UK operations.

Working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, 6 days per week.

During Ramadan, working arrangements may be adjusted and confirmed by management.

The successful candidate must have a suitable computer, reliable internet connection, professional headset with microphone and a quiet home working environment.

Training and ongoing management support will be provided.

• Festival Bonus: 3

Festival bonus provided for both Eid celebrations and Christmas, paid in addition to the normal monthly salary.

Commission: 100 BDT for every venue successfully onboarded, approved and activated.

20 venues = 2,000 BDT

40 venues = 4,000 BDT

60 venues = 6,000 BDT

80 venues = 8,000 BDT

100 venues = 10,000 BDT

Commission is paid in addition to the monthly salary.
