Responsibilities & Context:

* Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure aligned business execution.

* Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.

* Sell company shares and real estate projects, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by presenting properties based on their needs and preferences.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Assist customers with property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

* Coordinate sales activities with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.

* Align all sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and long-term business objectives.
