Good Communication Skill – কাস্টমার/ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে ভালোভাবে কথা বলতে পারা
Marketing Experience – ১–২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Saudi/GCC Market Knowledge – Saudi market সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো
Computer Skill – MS Office, Excel, Email ব্যবহার জানা
Client Handling – Client follow-up ও relationship management Target Oriented – মাসিক marketing target পূরণ করার সক্ষমতা
Teamwork – Team-এর সাথে কাজ করার মানসিকতা
অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন করা যাবে)Educational Qualification – ন্যূনতম HSC/Bachelor preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
নতুন Candidate সংগ্রহ ও Recruitment করা
WhatsApp ও অন্যান্য Social Media-তে Job Promotion করা
প্রার্থীদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও Follow-up করা
বিভিন্ন Online Platform থেকে Candidate Sourcing করা
Candidate Database তৈরি ও আপডেট রাখা
Recruitment Target অর্জনে কাজ করা
Candidate Screening ও Interview Coordination করা
Employer/Recruitment Partner-এর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Candidate সংগ্রহ করা
