• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field.

• Age At least 40 years

• Experience: 15-20 years proven experience in Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, or a related industry will be highly preferred

Requirements:

• 15-20 years of progressive experience in Sales, preferably with leadership experience.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.

• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, or a related industry will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Sales Department and sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor performance.

• Drive business growth through new client acquisition and existing client development.

• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance.

• Coach, mentor, motivate and recruit sales team members to achieve their targets.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Salary: BDT 80,000 – 100,000 per month (Negotiable based on skill & Experience)
